Ronnie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Eastern Michigan University.
Upon graduation, Ronnie earned a position at a National Financial Firm as a Financial Consultant. His role was to assist Financial Professionals to identify their client’s needs, objectives and goals and develop strategies to accomplish those objectives and goals.
Ronnie and his father Ron started an Estate Planning and Wealth Management firm in 2007. During that time, they helped business owners and families design strategies to protect their assets during a significant economic downturn.
Ronnie chose to take his education and experience to Financial Strategies Group in 2011. His philosophical approach to financial planning and asset protection is with “the heart of a teacher.” The two things Ronnie enjoys most about his work are earning someone’s trust and empowering people by showing them their dreams are truly attainable.
Ronnie began wrestling his freshman year in high school. At 4’10 inches tall and 81 pounds, he overcame his size and lack of ability to be a two time state placer, wrestling for a state championship his senior year. He earned the ARMY National Scholarship Athlete of the Year Award, Most Valuable Wrestler Award and a scholarship to wrestle at Eastern Michigan University. “When you put your mind to something and work hard for it, anything is possible.” This is a lesson Ronnie applies to his professional and personal life.
Ronnie married his best friend, Kristy, in 2009 and they currently reside in Livonia, Michigan with their children Esmie, Tobin, and Tye.
